  1. I feel very comfortable training with Your House Fitness. Best trainer experience I have had yet. Very honest and very careful with working around my back injury. I’ve seen big improvements in my fitness.

  2. Ben has helped me recover from my rotator cuff injury. He has a good setup with a few close physicians he works with to make sure that the job is done right. I’m very happy training with this group.

  3. Great team and with an easy going attitude. Did a 12 week strength program that was well monitored and got results. Not pushy although diligent following up. Very clear and easy to trust. Highly recommend.
