The owner/manager was very rude to me when I inquired about how to end my contract last fall and told me (the message is still on my phone) that this was a very busy gym and she had no time for members who take staff’s valuable time from helping people on the floor.
The owner has some other facility in Etobicoke. This is highway robbery.
Yes it closed down after drafting everyone’s monthly dues! I would love to know the OWNER’S name to get money back.
