  1. I have been going to the gym for 42 months and signed up for another 12. The gym is clean, there is lots of equipment, the equipment is quickly fixed if broken and staff takes pride in what they do. There are no extra charges and I have never been asked to take on a trainer or special program and the staff is always available if I have an equipment or exercise question. This is a gyms gym, it is not flashy, it is not for picking up girls, it is for getting in shape and I go 5 – 6 mornings a week and my doctor is happy with the results.
