Loves their boxing classes! Great way to keep in shape while learning a new skill. It’s probably the cleanest and best equipted boxing gym in Toronto. They have a boxing ring and top of the line GEL Title heavy bags.
Really like the gym. Coaches are great. Workouts are amazing.
